\\ADMISSION
There is only a standard ticket charge of £15 per day adults 16+, and £7.50 per day for Children 10 and over. For children under 10 entry is FREE OF CHARGE. Tickets on the day are £20 for adults and £10 for children 10 to 15 years old.
There is a£1.50 booking fee applied by our ticket partner
\\VIP ADMISSION
There is VIP admission to our bar at 11pm on Saturday 1st August. There are only 300 tickets for this event, Only VIP ticket holders and special access passes can attend this event
\\SET TIMES
Each day the doors open at am and the first main stage act starts at 12 noon and finishes at 11pm. Throughout each day there is music from some of the midlands best original bands on stage 2 and there will be many acoustic and unplugged singer songwriters and other artists.
\\TRAVEL OPTIONS
IF YOU'RE DRIVING TO ROCK THE BEACON
Travelling by car from the north of the Beacon use the B4151/B4154 Beacon Road from Walsall, there is a dedicated entrance to park FREE OF CHARGE within a short walk to the site. For special requirements, Drop Off or Disabled Access please use the entrance from the South
If travelling from the South of Barr Beacon, again use the A4041/B4154 from the Birmingham direction, there is a dedicated entrance for parking, drop off and disabled parking.
All car parks are marshalled, and our friendly team will guide vehicles into their spaces. Please follow instructions when given to enable them to park cars in a considerate and organised way.
Please follow the signage to the site which will be up in various places in the months running up to the festival.
IF YOU'RE USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO ROCK THE BEACON
As Beacon Road is a main road there are many travel links close by.
Bus services WITH LINKS TO TIMETABLES
\\FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
At this point there is no shuttle service to the site. If you have special requirements please email info@rockthebeacon or call our office on 07562 466388
\\LOCKERS
There are no on-site lockers. All personal belongings are your resposibility. If you have special requirements please speak to our team by emailing info@rockthebeacon.co.uk
\\RE-ENTRY
Exit and Re-entry to the site is permitted but you must check in and check out with our ticket entry point. Loss of tickets is not our responsibility and there are no exceptions to this. Please keep your wristband or eticket available at all times.
Returning to the site with alcohol is not allowed.
\\TICKETING
Tickets are available from our ticket partner Tickets For Things only. We will be operating an electronic check in and check out system at our ticket/entry office. Your festival wristband and etickets are your responsibility and we can not be held responsible for losses or defacement,
\\WRISTBANDS
We will issue wristbands to our visitors at the gate.
\\ENTRY & SECURITY
Entry to the site for festival goers will be through a dedicated security marquee. There will be professional and highly visible security processing entry to the festival. Be prepared to show them what you are bringing to the festival, and we will be conducting searches of bags. We want a safe and friendly festival for you, our staff and everyone involved. Your co-operation will go a long way to making sure everyone has a safe, secure and enjoyable time.
\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
With each adult ticket we will allow 4 units of alcohol onto the site. We have a fairly priced bar on-site througout the 2 days with a good selection of drinks. Once you have entered the site, no alcohol can be brought back to the festival if you leave.
\\WEATHER
We are dancing right now around a fire chanting for good weather. We hope that there are no rain clouds or tropical storms that will effect the safe running of the festival. However please understand that under certain weather conditions it may be decided that we have to change the festival to suit bad weather. This may mean that certain open air parts of the event are played undercover. And only under heavy advisement and in line with our safety guidelines in our Operational Safety Manual it may be necessary to cancel a day. We will be watching the weather forecasts running up to the event and will be keeping everyone up to date through our social media platforms @rockthebeacon so get liking and following to keep up to date.

Food Hampers with PLASTIC cutlery - Picnic Blankets - 3ft square covered temporary structures - Plastic Bottles and Cans
Silly Hats - Water Pistols - Clowns - Friendly People - Dogs (ON LEADS)
\\THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Glass and Bottles - Anything that can be deemed as a weapon or something that may cause harm - Tents - BBQs or gas cookers - Push Bikes - Fireworks - NO DRUGS WHATSOEVER - Again your co-operation at the the security and entry point is needed. We will have an amnesty area for items you feel may hinder your entry and be deemed as an illegal item by our security staff.
